Great post! But I wonder if it also works for men? IBS is an unpleasant condition experienced by both men and women. I’m sure men would also love to hear some solutions for their IBS problem as well. Thanks.

Great post Jackie. Hypnosis is so good when it comes to IBS, from my experience its really about letting go of the stress, associations and ways we act and react in our life. To work with the unconscious mind intention behind IBS and come up with a new strategy. Good work :)
